Most Disliked
While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, some diners have mentioned inconsistencies with wait times during busier hours, potentially cutting into the casual dining experience. Occasionally, certain items may run out, which can be disappointing for guests craving specific dishes. The seating arrangements, though cozy, can feel limited during peak lunch or dinner times, leading to a crowded space that could detract from the overall dining experience. Additionally, some patrons hoping for more traditional Texas-style burgers may need a bit of an adjustment period to appreciate the unique flavors offered at Sindbad, as their Middle Eastern infusions might not align with every diner’s preferences. Overall, these nagging drawbacks are minor compared to the enjoyable culinary adventure this restaurant provides.

Man, Sinbad’s in Frisco was awesome! I’ve been on a smashburger kick lately — even made a few at home — but these guys took it to another level. My burger was superbly done, perfectly seared at the edges, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavor. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first because this isn’t a Texas-based burger spot, but one bite in and I was hooked. That burger was flat-out delish! What really won me over though was the customer service. The young man who helped us was just outstanding. We came right when they opened, and since it was quiet, he actually came out and talked with us — not in a rush, not just doing his job, but genuinely connecting. He even explained their burger process and how they do things differently. That kind of service sticks with you. And yes — for those who know me — I always check the restrooms. Floors were clean, restroom was spotless and well maintained. These guys pay attention to the details, from the grill to the guest experience. Sinbad’s might just be my new go-to burger stop in Frisco. Definitely worth the visit — this spot is one you’ll remember. Follow @joeypauga on TT, FB, YT, IG, LinkedIN and X

Tried Sindbad Burger and loved it! I had the Sindbad Signature Mushroom Burger—so juicy and flavorful. My husband got the Spicy Cheese Blend Burger, which had a perfect spicy kick. We shared the Loaded Magic Carpet Fries (so addictive!) and the Arabian Oasis Smoothie, which was super refreshing. Great flavors, generous portions, and unique twists on classic favorites. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent! We ordered the Baghdad Delight burger, falafel, and tabbouleh, all with fries. The burgers were freshly made, and the buns were toasted to perfection. The Falafel and Fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Mint lemonade was the best refreshing drink I’ve had in a while. 😍 We’ll definitely be back again!

Absolutely phenomenal! Sinbad Burger in Plano, Texas, is hands down the best burger spot in all of DFW. We’ve had our fair share of burgers, but these were on a whole different level! juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can taste the quality in every bite. What makes it even better? Everything is 100% organic and zabiha halal, which is so hard to find without compromising on flavor. Their service was top-tier, super friendly, fast, and attentive. And don’t even get me started on the fries. The regular fries were crispy and seasoned just right, but the loaded fries? Absolute game-changer. Sinbad Burger is officially our new go-to. Highly, highly recommend!

I recently visited Sindbad Burger in Frisco and was honestly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious — the burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I tried the Sindbad Special and it was packed with taste and fresh ingredients. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made sure we were taken care of the whole time. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. If you’re looking for a great halal burger spot in Frisco, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Their food was so awesome, it would the answer to sindbad wish! Their fries were heavenly and had this unique lemony flavor. Staff was awesome and overall, it’s a 10/10 place. I recommend anyone who is wondering if they should visit to head over there!

This is the cleanest Iraqi burger restaurant I’ve ever visited. The staff are young, friendly, and welcoming, and even the bathroom is spotless. Despite all the cooking, there’s hardly any food odor in the air, which is impressive. I also appreciated that the music wasn’t too loud—you can actually enjoy a conversation. The lemonade is freshly squeezed, and both the burgers and shawarma wraps are absolutely delicious. Since it was my first visit, I asked the staff for a recommendation, and I’m glad I did. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a burger or shawarma!
